Cancellation & Late Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. 

LATE POLICY:  We value the appointment time of all of our clients and because we are coming to you, we do expect you to be at your home and on time for your appointment.
